In November 2006 we atarted with the Opel Corsa Project - to build one of the finest sounding demo cars in the country to date.  Using world leading products like Morel and Zapco, we know that this car will be able to compete with the best in the industry.
The frontstage was the area that we wanted to concentrate the most on. Knowing that the Corsa is very narrow and small on the inside gives us a disadvantage over cars like Golfs, BMW's, Audi's etc.
It took us over 2 months of listening, fine tuning and fabricating to get the frontstage just sounding awesome.
We fabricated an enclosure for a Morel 5" woofer out of the original doorpanel. We had to rebuild it twice just to realize that it was still not up to our standards.  We then knew that this would mean that complete new doorpanels had to be fabricated to give the Elate 5" woofers the optimum performance.
Using the Morel Integra Ovation coaxials for rear fill also needs a custom fabricated panel.  We also use the same technique with 10mm carbon steel rings to mount the speakers in.
